Percival Lafer MP-13 Lounge Chair *SOLD*
We are excited to offer this incredibly rare, and all original, MP-13 lounge chair designed by Percival Lafer and produced by his own company during the 1960s. The MP-13, his first complete living room set, was also a great example of his innovative use of traditional materials: leather and jacaranda wood (Brazilian Rosewood) connected with iron supports in a meticulously designed joinery, thought to make it very simple to assemble.
Impeccably crafted and beautifully designed, hand-tufted and complete with removable headrests. The Caramel colored leather has been thoroughly cleaned and conditioned and displays a wonderful patina showing this chair has been well used, but not abused. We would not recommend reupholstering this amazing piece. Please see the pictures to see how stunning this vintage chair really is.
