This is the Gus Modern Carter sofa in ink tweed fabric. If you're familiar with high end furniture, then you should know the Gus* name. 

The sofa was purchased new for $2,199 (plus $200 tax and $100 delivery) for a grand total of $2,500. 

As you can tell from the photos, the sofa is in the midcentury style with a blind tufted attached seat that helps keep the shape of the sofa year after year (no sagging or lumpy cushions here). The back cushions have a high quality fiber fill and retain their perfect plump shape. Constructed of FSC certified solid wood (no cheap IKEA plywood here)

The base is made of stainless steel featuring mitered corners giving the base a seamless and clean look. 

Condition:

Seeing as this sofa has been in our bonus space it is in excellent condition and is virtually unused. Check out the pictures to get an idea of it's amazing condition. Pet hair and smoke free.
