New plans for our bonus room have us putting our lovely Gus Modern sofa up for sale.

The best part about this sofa is the chaise can be put on the left or right side of the couch, if your needs change, simply move the chaise and readjust the cushions to convert the design. Of if you want, seperate it altogether and create a second seating area. 

As you can tell from the photos, the sofa is in the midcentury style with tufted cushions that are perfectly shaped (no sagging or lumpy cushions here). The base is made of stainless steel with mitered corners for a seamless clean look. 

The base has non-marking leveler feet that can be adjusted for stability on uneven floor surfaces.

Condition:

Seeing as this sofa has been in our bonus space it is in excellent condition and is virtually unused. Check out the pictures to get an idea of it's amazing condition. No stains. No Rips. No pet hair. No smoke.
