Cedric Hartman Table / Task Lamp $950
Cedric Hartman is one of the most iconic lamp designers of the mid century era. His lamps are found in the famous Farnsworth House designed by Mies Van der Rohe.
This table/desk lamp features patinated solid brass a swivel stem allowing you to put the light where you want it. Updated lamp cord ensures it will continue working for the next 50 years with no problem. If you wanted to remove the patina, you could simply polish the brass to bring it back to luster, and since this is solid brass (a magnet does not stick to any part of the lamp) and not brass plated you need not worry about ruining it. Built in dimmer switch controlled by the twist knob near the head.
